The Nigerian Efo- Tete aka green is used popularly in vegetable soup (efo riro). It’s a very nutritious sturdy vegetable that compliments many traditional soups.

When to grow: late May to early June

How to grow: Sow seeds at the peak of summer by gently spreading on well-drained soil in full sun. Seeds should germinate in 4 to 10 days.

Will grow in garden bed or container.
