“Digital Products” refers to online courses, videos, recipes and documents created and sold by Jollof Code.

Jollof Code is the exclusive copyright holder and licensee of all intellectual property rights for materials in provided via this website, email or any other medium.
When you purchase access to the Digital Products you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information.
You may not publish or share the Digital Products or your login details with anyone else. If you wish to purchase as gift for family and friends please contact us.
The courses purchased are for personal use and as such, you must not use any part or the plan or content of the plan for any purpose other than your personal fitness and nutrition.
You have acccess to the courses for the durations stated on the course pages. To access course after expiry, a repurchase is required.
Content Provided
Information provided and obtained during the purchase process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will always ask for permission to publish progress photos and images containing identifying markers (face) to the public at large. This permission may come in form of DM (via social media), email, comments on social media posts and/or phone calls. If we get your approval, we will use said photo or material until we receive express written notice to stop using the content.
Purchase and Refund
By purchasing Digital Products through this site, you are agreeing to these terms and entering into a contract with Atare Naija Foodie.

All prices are in the currency shown on the website or selected at checkout. The base currency is USD.
It is the users responsibility to ensure the plan purchased is what was intended. If you accidental purchase a wrong plan, please do not click on the download link.
We generally cannot offer refunds after the any course videos have been watched
Refunds for purchases made through jollofcode.com need to be requested within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for lack of germination, or conditions deemed beyond our control. All refunds are given at the sole discretion of Jollof Code staff. International orders are not protected under the refund policy and Jollof Code will not be held accountable for any packages lost, stolen, or seized by customs. The international buyer accepts full risk. Jollof Code reserves the right to not issue a refund for reasons or conditions not mentioned.
Transaction service fees incurred from PayPal or credit card processors are typically not refunded to these vendors to Jollofcode.com. As such, jollofcode.com will not be refunding service fees as part of any refund.
Discounts & Coupons: If you have a discount or coupon to use at time of purchase, it is your responsibility to ensure the coupon is successfully applied before proceeding with payment. We are unable to retroactively apply coupons and discounts for completed orders.
We reserved to right to refuse service if you are not in good health or act in bad faith.
Privacy
We take your privacy very seriously. If you opt in to receive information about related Digital Products from Jollof Code, we will occasionally email you about that.
